The current operation that we are running is a 2,000 cow dairy Freestall facility. This dairy was commissioned in November 2000. The dairy is similar to large operations in the USA, Israel and Saudi Arabia. The parlor is a Magnum 40 double 36 Westfalia-Surge Herringbone.
The design and operation of the dairy is an amalgamation of US and German Technology. The dairy has a unique system whereby most of the milking components, including electronics are situated in a subway, this ensures the longevity of the hardware.
